XT926 can't be flashed to stock Firmware

Hi all,

Yesterday, after connecting my bluetooth headset to my Droid Razr HD Maxx, all my apps (Google, Homescreen, Facebook, etc.) kept crashing. I thus rebooted my phone, and upon reboot, it then became stuck on the red Motorola logo. None of the options in the boot menu work for me except the Fastboot (all others just return me to the red logo). I have tried a variety of tools to flash back to the stock Verizon firmware, but all have failed at the same step, namely during the first step - the flashing of the GPT partition. Here's everything I've tried:
  1. House of Moto 4.3

  2. RSD Lite 6.1.6

  3. RSD Flasher 2.8 (in conjunction wit RSD Lite 6.1.6)

  4. The "WindowsUtility NO DATA WIPE.bat" utility that is part of the "DROID_RAZR_HD_Utility_1.4 KK"

All of the above error on the GPT partition flash and show something along the lines of the below:

Quote:

Flash GPT partition? [y/n]: y
sending 'partition' (32 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.022s]
writing 'partition'...
FAILED (remote failure)

A few tidbits of info:
  • My phone is on Verizon's latest OTA firmware version and is not rooted.

  • The file I am trying to flash is VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.62-10.1_CFC_1FF.xml.zip

  • My fastboot screen shows:

    Quote:

    AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S)
    10.9B(x) (sha-61146a2, 2014-07-29 08:54:49)
    eMMC Info: Size 32GB

Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0

    Battery OK

    Transfer Mode:
    USB Connected

    Fastboot Reason: Boot menu selected
    usb connected

Any thoughts on what the issue might be? Appreciate your help :)
