Galaxy s3 gt i9305 stopped work - com.android.phone has stopped

i turn on my phone and the message "com.android.phone has stopped" shows without stopping, i can't access to the phone !
i wipe the phone installed two different roms and nothing!
this message shows wihout stopping one after one without delay .
