After some fail, finaly i got flashplayer working on zenfone 2, now you can install and get working with 3 easy step.
1- Download atthachement belove and unzip, copy flashplayer.apk and libflashplayer.so to your zf2, install apk with task manager.
2- After apk is installed copy and past "libflashplayer.so" to /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib and overwrite original file.
3- Now go to /data/app/com.adobe.flashplayer-1/lib/arm paste again libflashplayer.so and overwrite.
Now you can open flashplayer with FireFox browser, mabe you'll need reboot device. Rar file was take from the net, is last flashplayer and libflashplayer.so from unix x86 (or intel x86 device) anyway it work with the only bug with navbar (the same for all android owned like 4.2 - 4.4 for me), if you ear video voice/music but screen is black you need click on fullscreen to view video but navbar must be shown before or browser will crash, then when video is in full screen you can hide, but there's no navbar on zf2 and screen have not standar size so tested it, like shown in the pictures flash game seem to work.
