My europe Rom will not install !

Hello everyone.
I am new to the forum I am from France for 3 years.
I have a technical question about the honor 7 .
I imported china PLK - TL01H version that works very well.
I unlock the bootloader and ROOTE the phone. (Thanks to you).:good:
When I try to install the official rom europe, the installation stops at 90 %.
I need this in order to have Roma French 4g network.
( currently I 'm only H +).
Do you have a tip for me?

Google Play cannot install

I have Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 and my device is rooted.
Instead of updating I uninstalled old google play to replace it with a new version. But now the new version is not installing. It says that I am out of space even when I have 72MB free space for apps.
When I go to manage applications it shows only 23MB free space but after some seconds it says that I have 72MB free and 99MB used space.

Additional information:-
I have old google play's backup.
I am not a developer.

I have a VZW XT1096 that is rooted, unlocked and has TWRP. The update downloaded to my phone but the last time I tried to install an update it put my phone into a boot loop. Do I need to flash the stock recovery or is there more to it? Thanks!

[GUIDE] [How To] Install Xposed in Yuphoria

Requirements:
1. Rooted Yuphoria phone
2. Flashed with any custom recovery like TWRP or CWM (I haven't tried using CWM)

Steps:

1. Download Xposed Framework ZIP file from here: Xposed for Lollipop [Android 5.0/5.1] (See attachments there)

Important Note:

For CM12 or any Lollipop 5.0 based ROM, download the file named xposed-vXX-sdk21-arm64.zip from there

For CM12.1 or any Lollipop 5.1 based ROM, download the file named xposed-vXX-sdk22-arm64.zip from there
(XX represents the current version)

2. Place it in Internal Storage of phone and boot into custom recovery.

3. Now flash the zip file and reboot the phone..
(The device will take around 5 minutes to boot up since the dalvik cache is formatted during flashing)

4. Download and Install the app XposedInstaller_3.0_xxxxxX.apk from: Xposed for Lollipop

That's it!! Xposed Framework is Installed in your phone.
You can now start using your favorite Xposed modules (apps).

Can I install CyanogenMod?

Just recently purchased the Xperia Z2 Tablet and I'm very disappointed to find that I can't unlock my bootloader. I read a post on here that mentioned it was still possible to install CM on a locked bootloader. Could anyone explain to me how I could do this or link me to a thread that will help? Here's my device info:
Model SPG561
Android v4.4.4
Build 23.0.1E.0.208
Currently unrooted.

I actually got this today after returning a tablet just because I couldn't install CM or unlock the bootloader. I'm very close to just returning this and getting a different one. If I'm **** out of luck with the Z2, could anyone recommend a Verizon LTE tablet, with good specs, that will allow me to unlock the bootloader? I'm getting desperate.

Xperia L custom ROM can't install

I have rooted and unlock boat loader for my phone C2105 at 15.3.1.A.14
Installed thunderzap as per guide "http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/general/guide-to-running-android-lollipop-t3041413" however when I install zip (pa_taoshan-5.1-20150822.zip) or cm12.1 , it always hangs after "patching system image unconditionally"........
After this nothing happens and have to take battery off which makes phone soft bricked (does not go beyond SONY or in case of thunderzap stucks on its logo) and I have to flash ftf using flashtool.

This has happened repeatedly with cwm, twrp (installed using Recovery-Installer-1.8-XL).

Cannot Install TWRP Recovery on AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4

Hi everyone,

I rooted my phone so I have towelroot, SuperSU, TWRP Manager, Goomanager and Root Checker Basic installed now.

Root Checker reports that my phone is rooted.

I tried to install TWRP Recovery in multiple ways buy it all failed. Here what I tried:
1) Downloaded tar version and using ODIN3 attempted to install it.
2) Using TWRP Manager, found latest compatible version (2.8.7.jflteatt) then it said ensure partition listed below is correct one and entry was "/dev/block/mmcblk0p21" when I click yes it showed flashing and verifying then it gave an error saying "something is wrong. flashing recovery is unsuccessful."
3) Using Goomanager I attempted to install it but it cannot find a proper version to install at all.

I want to install Google Edition of Lollipop on my phone. How do I achieve at this point?

Nexus 7 Car Install Assistance

I'm Martin and im new to this forum.

I'm looking to install my old Nexus 7 (2012) into my car. I have resolved all the fitment issues, power and sound but need help with the software side of things.

The Nexus 7 is stock but I want to install a new kernel and rom in order to make it more usable within the car and be able to add/remove features.

I understand I need to root the device and once this is done I can install a custom kernel/rom but how do I do this?

What is the best kernel to use and what is the best rom to use?

How to install cyanogenmod on HTC One M8?

Hi,

I searched online for 2 hours but I see a lot of mixed, outdated articles, videos. For example Hasoon's app link doesn't work, or the cyanogenmod installer link for your phone is giving me 404.

I don't want to do something stupid so can someone tell me or show me a guide on how to install this?

My phone is from Rogers (contract ended). I just want a fast and light weight android without bloatware and nice features.

Will I have to find a cyanogenmod release from someone who use Rogers, or can you use the same build on that's built for M8 regardless of your phone company?

Errors While Trying To Install CyanogenMod

I am currently trying to install cyanogenmod on my HAM2. I have an unlocked bootloader, latest version of TWRP installed, and cynogenmod in the root of my sd card. I have cleared my cache, delvik cache, and system as well. However I keep getting an error telling me "unable to mount storage during GUI start up" and the other saying that there was an "error executing updater binary in zip external sdcard cyanogemod." Can someone please assist me as to how to resolve this issue ?:(:confused:

I have never had this issue before but I cannot seem to locate any of my files I have downloaded when I browse for them using TWRP/Install.

I have rooted my device mi4i.and tried to flash the xposedframework on my device.
"Installed but not activated" this is the error showing.
I tried flashing cm 12.1 on mi4i also.

No OS and Unable to Install GPE or RUU

OK. So I have no idea how I did it but I have succeeded in bricking my M8. Here are the basics:

- Rooted, was running Cyanogen 12
- TWRP is installed and I can get access to it.
- S-On....seems that I cannot get to S-Off at this point
- Have read thru multiple threads, downloaded an RUU that purports to be GPE, but I have not been able to get it to run.
- Am in the process of downloading a stock Lollipop 5.1 OS.

At this point I am at a loss on how to get an OS installed and running. Suggestions would be appreciated.

How to install Google Apps (gapps) including Play Store in Mi4c

Mi4c is becoming increasingly popular among western consumer audience due to it's spec differences with it's international brother, the Mi4i.

But the problem is that there are no Google Apps included in the device.

In the past, there was the Google Installer app to install GApps in MIUI. That method became obsolete and removed from Xiaomi App Store. You can find the app elsewhere but AFAIK it doesn't work as expected.

So, my question is, does anybody know a proper way to install GApps in Mi4c?

I have downloaded the latest pico package of GApps and tried to install through Mi-Recovery but of course, it says that there is signature mismatch.

I would appreciate any help.

Want to install CM12 on ZV6 Rooted do i have to do anything extra?

Wanting CM12 on my LGG3, i accidently upgraded to 4.4.2 when it came out and was just today got back to wanting a custom rom, i rooted with the LG Root Script V2.4 and have checked Superuser is on, i go to clockwork mod to look at my recovery and i guess i have TWRP and ClockworkMod Recovery but its a custom one, dont know if its 2.x or 3.x. I also remember when i was first looking at custom roms or maybe flashing back to ZV4 you had to back something up to be working on sprint.

So my question to you is,

1. Do i need to do something with the recovery.
2. Do i need to back up the MIN/ESN/MEID/IMEI or anything like that or can i just straight up install CM12?

Newest PAC MAN release (9/22) looks under-sized and shows install error

Hey everyone. It's been a while, but I'm back in the custom ROM game. Took me a while to pick one for my Canadian i337 S4, but settled on the PacMan rom.

In regards to the released rom here:

The previously release is about 236MB ( pac_jfltecan-lp-mr1-Official-20150722.zip )
The newest release is only about 66MB and produced an error when trying to install ( pac_jfltecan-lp-mr1-Official-20150919.zip )

I ended up installing 07/22 without a problem. Can anyone verify what this 9/19 release is all about?

Also, would updating a rom in this situation cause me to start with a clean install? Or do they just patch the old data when installing?
