HELP! HELP! My Xperia Z3's WiFi and Bluetooth won't turn ON. PLS READ

SONY XPERIA Z3 never rooted. Kitkat. 4.4.4 now loli. Before this happend my 64GB Micro SD card was corrupted. The phone can read it ang the pc can too, but you cant delete nor add files to the sd card. I decided to reformat it via pc , i used 3rd party apps and softwares but none of them worked!whenever I reformat it, I got a new folder with Hsjababbd(random characters) folder appearing. So I have to disable it and use another sd card. and then a couple of weeks later my WiFi and Bluetooth was disabled, the wifi doesnt turn on and I decided to factory reset it, it works again and after an hour the WIFi and bluetooth becomes dead again. A couple of resets and the Wifi and Bluetooth doesnt work again. A day after, my old photos comeback without internet connection. Was the back up normal or is it caused by the virus from the micro SD. I checked auto back but it is off. Was it normal to autoback up photos or not? If it is a virus, how can I treat it ? Please hep. Any suggestions are welcome
