[HELP] Zenfone2 M551 don't power on, is dead...

Hello people,
indeed not a good day today ...
Without any reason my Zenfone 2 ZE551ML is dead....
It can't be power up, nothing in recovery , nothing while it is being charged with the official charger supply and even connected to the pc .... No sign of life.... No LED..... what can I do ? :( :(
