HTC ONE M8 AT&T 'ROOTED' [ Wiped everything by mistakenly, OS not installed in it]

Hello Every One ,

I did a mistake and now i am not able to use my HTC ONE M8 AT&T . My phone was rooted.
Boot loader is looking like ,
