Bought brand new note 5 outright/no contract at Verizon corporate store today. After rep unboxed and activated he handed me the phone but it only had 1% charge. Every phone I have ever purchased came with a partial charge. I made them unbox another and that note 5 also only had 1% so I let it slide. However after some thought a battery should not lose charge when turned off. When you received your new note 5 new did it only have 1% out of box or should I be concerned about a defect???
