Phone not booting ....PIT file missing error !

Hi All,

My Samsung S3 is not booting up and getting stuck at bootlogo. I can enter in Odin mode.

The phone was stock without root and custom recovery.

I tried installing TRWP and CWM but got PIT missing error. I tried various PIT files from various sources but get Operation failed error in ODIN !

What is my option now ? Is it a hardware failure ?
