Tab 3 7.0 Lite (SM-T110). Is there any kernel out there? Will this tablet get KK?

Hi developers! I'm looking for a kernel, that enables or adds OTG for SM-T110, or a kernel that provides OC. And i have a question about OS, will this tablet get KK 4.4.2? I've heard somewhere that in samsung databases, there is KK for SM-T110. Is that true?
