Z9 Max in eMMC download mode

Hi , I have bricked my Z9 MAX . I can not get any recovery mode on the screen but i can use VOL up VOL down and power to put it into a download mode where I can use a eMMC tool.
I am looking for the MPRG8974.hex / MPRG8974.mbn files or recovery rom , can anyone help me unbrick my phone please ?
