Can you clarify my doubts about OPT?

I read many reviews about OPT they all said that OPT had following issues:
Heating Much. - Do you feel like you can't hold on hand?
Fingerprint reader not working properly.
Battery life sucks. - How many hours it will long?

Some OPT owner saying that these issues has been solved in latest update.
Is that true?
