[Q] Problems with checkout, error "BM-CPE-13" order declined because of high risk.

Hello, im trying to buy the Nexus 6P frost of 64gbs but when I try to make the order system declines because of high-risk..
I've tried several times but still the same.
Someone have the same issue?
