TWRP v2.7.1.1 won't accept encryption password but, the ROM Screw'd will. LG Nexus 5

I know its the right password because my ROM accepts it. I'm in a bit of pickle this time because I failed to flash Gapps before flashing this new ROM I was going to test; Screw'd (flashed the latest nightly). TWRP works in every other way (or so it would appear). With my access to TWRP but, not access to my SD card what are my options to get Gapps installed? if Gapps isn't possible, I guess I'll have to take this as serendipitous and the final push I needed to get off google's tit; what are my options for Gapps alternatives?
