Moto G- WiFi And Sprint Data Network Not Working With CM12.1 20150927 Build

I tried to google, but cannot figure out the answer. Please help. Thanks!

I am using a sprint (not boost, but I guess hardware is the same) prepaid x1526 with LTE. Installed cm12.1 20150927 build. Wifi cannot get IP and the network is stuck to boost. I need to switch to sprint to get data/LTE. I can make calls. Thanks!
