Need HwSystemManager.apk from P8 Max

I removed this system app because i cause problems with many apps. But i can't select a power mode now. So i want to install it back en find a way to shut it down and still select a power mode. The apk is in /system/app/HwSystemManager/HwSystemManager.apk
