Scrolling responsiveness and volume level confirmation sound.

I've been using Samsung for a while but I have used some other phones from LG, HTC, Oppo, Sony.
The last phone that I have had before the G4 was a Galaxy S5 (which I gave to my wife).

I really miss the scrolling on the S5, which is like iPhones if I'm not mistaken. Very responsive and quick to react to our touches. I move in the direction that I want and it does its best to follow my finger, while on the G4 it lags behind and takes its time. I had an HTC M9 before the G4 and I've used a Nexus 5 since my mother has it and those phones are also slow in scrolling and feel like they lag behind. Sure they're all smooth but I don't like how slow it is. I don't feel like I have that much control like I did on the S5.
My Asus touchscreen laptop has a very good touch response as well, same as on the S5 and it's better than on my G4 lol, interesting huh.

I am sure that it is software related and that it comes from Google's stock and bad scrolling behavior. It's not LGs fault.
I am wondering if someone knows of a tweak to improve scrolling?
I am rooted so I can do changes to build.prop.

About the volume confirmation sound when changing volume (the ringtone one), does anyone know where I can find the volume sound file? I checked in system/media and didn't find it there. On the S5 it is there and I can rename the file to disable that annoying Google stock sound. I really like HTC's implementation of volume change, the notification sound is great and the type of sound changes depending on how loud or low. It's the only one that doesn't make me want to disable it.
I found a txt file, if I recall correctly, about the volume change but it has a bunch of numbers inside it..

Thanks in advance!
