Verizon Moto E Prepaid 4G LTE Prepaid phone (MOTOXT1528PP) on Idea network in India?

I purchased Verizon Moto E Prepaid 4G LTE (MOTOXT1528PP) phone is USA from Fry's electronics. Can anyone tell me if I can use this phone work in India? If yes, how can I do that? I'm pretty new to android and have very little knowledge about these things, so any help will be appreciated.
