App not installed error

I've tried every solution I have come across to fix this,still
Nothing. Please help, I'm using an old Kyocera Event that I haven't
Been able to root yet. It's become a hobby phone as 6 months
Ago I knew nothing about smart phones but now I can set up
My new smartphone to a wireless printer without the USB cable
Despite the many that told me it couldn't be done.
