My phone showing device status as "custom"

My first post on xda. sometime ago i rooted my phone. So I noted a thing while reebooting my phone that there is text showing Samsung custom and an open padlock. my playstore is also not working . So I reset the flash counter through triangle away everything is Okay but then I saw in settings<about phone<status. and there was custom I unrooted my phone but no effect. please help please. Help XDA im in big trouble.please
