Dual flash... dual torch/flashlight at the same time?

Still haven't received my MXPE yet, but I was wondering about the dual flash on this phone and thought how cool would it be if you could activate them both at the same time, like a 360 of light - it would surely be the only phone that could do it. The front flash already renders that new iThing useless with their awful commercial "the screen is the flash," wow, we can do that with an app, not impressed.... Dual torch / camera flash at the same time would be excellent if possible, or does it do this already and because I don't have the device I would have known that already?
