No Amazon Prime from eBay Reseller

Caution! Like many others, I purchased two fire phones via eBay from a seller named qualitycellz for 0 each. The phones were sealed in the original retail boxes. Upon registering the phones to my Amazon account I did not receive the additional years of prime. I reached out to Amazon and received the following response last night. I contacted the seller on eBay for a refund and have not yet received a response after two days.

Amazon Response:

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you haven't receive the Prime membership associated with Fire Phones you purchased.

I'd like to inform that Amazon and AT&T are no longer selling the Fire Phone.

Only purchases made from Amazon or AT&T authorized resellers were eligible for the limited time offer of a full year of Prime with the purchase of a Fire Phone.

Third-party sellers are not authorized to make this offer in connection with the sale of the device.

Further, I checked your account and see that the Fire Phones (XXXX and XXXX) was purchased from a third-party seller.

Since you purchased the Fire Phone from third-party seller, your device is not eligible for free Prime Membership.

If the seller (from you purchased) listed the device with free prime membership, please contact them directly as they listed the promotion.

If they aren't able to help you with this, you can return the Phone to them for full refund.
