quattro 18552 kernel not supporting swap by roehsoft ramexpander

hi ......im using samsung galaxy grand quattro.....though rooted i didnt change anything in it....tried to run roehsoft ramexpander..but memory info & swap chedk app concluded that my phones kernel doesnot support swap.so roehsoft ram expander cannot be run on ur device..so try to find custom rom ............im a doctor..i dont have any idea about how to find out that custom rom which supports both my device as well as roehsoft ram expander...can anyone post a detailed step by step guide on how to make my device run roehsoft ramexpander......thankyou....
