Is this considered a cold solder?

So been trying to figure out a battery issue for a while. the battery only charges in bootloader mode and super slow at that. also it caps off around 60% for some reason. When connected to any USB cable (via AC or USB) It'll say connected for about 4 seconds than nothing. I've had several replacement batteries as well only 1 worked briefly than the same issue.

Is the image a cold solder and could that be the problem?

This thread here is the only one that seems like a solution but the OP seems to have gone missing and isn't answering questions.

replacement motherboard are expensive and ebay or ifixit have no 32GB boards for sale. Could someone please shed some light, thank you!

Why is the color so faded and cold?

My MXP currently uses the VIBRANT color setting. I know the MXP uses LCD and has less punch than amoled.

My MXP actually looks fine everywhere, homescreen, in apps, etc. The only problem I have is the application drawer. All the icons look hazy, cool blue, and little contrast. Is the whiteness of the application drawer overpowering the icon's color?
