What is the difference between FOG6 and FOF6?

I'm sorry, I searched the forum but can't seem to find the answer; What are the differences between the FOG and FOF versions? I have an S5 custom rom with the 0B1 baseband that I'd like to bring back to stock, but I'm not sure what to use or what to avoid. Thank you.
