bcmon & reaver apps issue

Hi there,
I've installed bcmon and reaver apps in my galaxy note 3 and both doesn't work or maybe I don't know how its working. When I started bcmon app the firmware model not detected also for reaver its an error appears when I started test monitor-mode, so please help me to solve this issue.
