Guys, please help me! ZENFONE 4 problem: droidboot

I have my Zenfone 4, when I press power button + vol up for recovery mode (droid boot)
it appears the adroid logo (wearing hat) and usb logo then suddenly turn off.
How to fix this, please help! :(
