Gs4 verizon help w/ safestrap + root +rom?

Hello All. I'm on 5.0.1 The official VZW software, the only thing is I'm on T-MOBILE.

I need to root this thing, and get some form of TMOBILE rom on it, or something usable.
I'd appreciate some help, or a point in the right direction, to something current, and doable.
