the new Pixel C's hardware is definitely impressive, especially the keyboard. However, I am very much a fan of Nvidia and it's GRID and local PC stream gaming capability. This makes me itch for an Nvidia intepretation of the Pixcel C. Imagine a 10" Tablet with similar keyboard and pen + support for Nvidia Hub and Game Controller support.

Nvidia Shield reCALLED Tablet backup
Hi,
I am starting this thread hoping to find a solution to backup the working tablets so we will be able to revive them despite the kill switch being triggered.
The only solution so far seams to be by using nvflash in apx mode.
So far I have managed to boot my tablet in APX mode, but I have not done any other testing.
The tablet (still not killed one) is recognized by computer as being in APX mode.
Requirements:
1. Rooted tablet
2. Terminal app from Google play
Commands issued for APX mode:
1. Open terminal app and write "su" followed by enter to get root
2. Write "reboot" and press enter while keeping the volume up key pressed

Nvidia Shield Killswitch OTA question!
I have a friend who got a replacement tablet. He has his old one says still works and he turned off wifi and didn't apply any OTA yet. Is it safe to assume that the killswitch didn't get installed? I got him to send me a picture of the about info on settings just double checking here to make sure. He wan't a couple of bucks for it since there is no guarantee it would work.
Would it be safe to turn it off? Since I need to go fastboot to flash a custom rom. Also if the new one is activated that means the old one will get the silent ota? How does that work?

Is there an adroid box that isn't nvidia, fire tv, or nexus that has Netflix in HD
I am looking for an Android TV Box that actually has Netflix HD. It must be able to be rootable. Able to add Kodi. Stream H.265. Must have at least 2 gb of Ram. Bluetooth. Able to do 2k. Netflix HD is a must though 1080p or 4k don't matter. If it only does 720p don't bother.
