For some reason my notifications are all messed up. I don't get any Heads Up display or a notification ticker. I just get the icon of the app on the status bar. I did a RUU back to stock and then flashed CM12.1.
Everything was working fine except for the Heads Up notifications. I checked the settings and it was enabled. I even downloaded Gravity Box and enabled Heads Up display there and still not working.
I even tried DigitalHigh's GPe port and no luck; XenonHD and no luck; and BlissPop and no luck.
Whenever I try to format my data using CPTB's latest TWRP, it says e:mount -o bind '/data/media' '/sdcard' process ended with ERROR=255
I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the notification problem. :\
