App prompts not closing automatically. On Moto G Osprey with Resurrection Remix ROM

When an app asks via a pop-up prompt: "Do you want to allow such and such change to be done" and I select yes(or no), this Yes/No prompt goes into background, but does not close, so then I have to close it manually through the "App Switcher".

Any ides why they don't close on their own?

How do I make Android unlock automatically after entering a PIN code WITHOUT hitting OK every single time? It is pretty annoying actually. This is my first Android device since 2012.

[problem] wifi & gprs automatically switched on

Hello guys. .. plz see description!
Device: Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos i9082 + Rooted + Android v4.2.2

PROBLEM: WIFI & GPS getting on Automatically and automatically switched on after Turning them down (WIFI specially does that.)
But after some minutes it gets off (not automatically, done by me)

WHEN HAPPENS:
1. During Charging - During voltage fluctuations.
2. During any vibration (I m not sure)
3. May be some app which got Root Permission does that
4. Other Reasons

Screen won't turn off automatically?

In the past week or so, my screen will not automatically go to sleep at all. I always have to press power button to manually turn it off even though I have screen timeout set to 1 minute.

There are times when I wake up and the screen has been on overnight due to a popup notification.

Any help?
