Galaxy Tab 2 issue with OTG cable

Hey guys, I have an otg cable for my tab 2. I also running cm 12.1 on my tab. (ps, I also updated my ROM and didn't workout)
Now, the wired thing is that when I connect a flash to otg it works perfectly fine, but when I connect my usb keyboard and gamepad it won't recognize it. (Both keyboard and gamepad work perfectly in G3 and SII)
I tried many apps, but nothing! Any thoughts guys?

GT 9505 not charging after usb/flex cable change

So my friend asked me if i could look up why his GT I9505 wont charge.
I changed flex/usb cable and checked all twice i got correct.

Put on charger and wont turn on or show signs of chargeing.
But after 20min on usb charger it gets bit hot around camera.

So is my new flex/usb replacement DOA or its fine?

Charging cable dimensions - compatible charging stands?

Seeming that the apple watch charger looks very similar to the Huawei Watch got me thinking that some of the charging stands for the Apple Watch may be compatible.

For instance something like this:

I found the dimensions of the Apple Watch charger to be 27.5mm wide and 7mm thick, maybe someone can confirm how the Huawei Watch charger compares.

[Q] Charging cable

Hi I saw thread about amazon charging cable and I want to ask if someone found a replacement for it, my stock cable doesn't work properly anymore and I can't order new one from amazon, so maybe someone uses cable from another phone/tablet, thanks.

Can you get an magnetic power cable and adapter for the 10.5" ???

I have seen them for the S2, but the S2 has an flat edge as far as i can see where the microusb sits, when on the 10.5" the edge is angled.

This will eliminate wear and tear on the microusb port once fitted, and you can connect the charging cable to the tablet with your eye closed, just about anyway.

Has anybody see one, below is an link to the S2 version XDA page.

USB cable length

Hi there,
i have just purchased a 3m long micro usb cable and unfortunately it seems not to work. When I connect my phone to any charger with this cable, it doesn't give any signals, nor the battery is not being charged after while. The same with different phones.
Only sign of living is that when I connect my phone with this cable to my pc (mac) - it shows me a message that the usb device is consuming a lot of power and therefore the usb port gets disabled.

Is this a typical for 3m long cables or it's just a bad quality one? Or the cables simply can't be that long to work as good as a short cable?

Or maybe better solution is to use a USB extension cable?

I just wanted to have much longer cable than typical 1,5m.
