Installed new LCD - Calibration?

I've installed a new screen on my HTC one x since the old one had cracked but this new LCD seems to be less sensitive at some spots on the screen. Do I need to somehow calibrate the new LCD via some software on the device or should this not be needed ?

can we use KCAL (advanced color calibration) on n910G snapdragon??

There is an app for rooted phone is available for manual color calibration of the screen. KCAL advanced color calibration .I found that it's works on the nexus 6 with snapdragon 805 . Can we also use the same on n910G snapdragon version as both devices have same processor specs..
