Receiving Moto E OTA genuine updates even after rooting..

Friends...I've got few doubts regarding flashing my moto E first gen running on lollipop 5.1..I wish to root my phone...I've read on this site about flashing my phone..but few things are not clear..
1. I wish to maintain originality of android lollipop without any modifications but with root access...means I don't wish to flash my phone with ANY CFW after rooting..is this possible?
2. Is it possible to get genuine OTA updates from Motorola even after rooting my phone?
Please clear my doubts so that I can move ahead with rooting..thanking you...

Where to buy genuine BL-T9 battery for Nexus 5?

I'm thinking about replacing the battery in my 1.5 year old nexus 5 with a new one.

Looking on eBay, it seems like there are hundreds of sellers selling supposedly genuine LG BL-T9 batteries for around -15.

Does anyone have recommendations for reputable sellers who's selling the genuine batteries and not knockoffs or old stock batteries that have been sitting for a long time? It would be pretty disappointing to go through the effort of swapping batteries only to end up with a subpar battery.
