!!Need Help!! Error logs Note GT 7100

I have a Samsung GT 7100 Note 2 with a lot of Errorlogs after Power ON

E: failed to mount /efs (no such file or directory)
E: cant mount /cache/recovery/last recovery
E: failed to mount /data (no such file or directory)
E: cant mount /data/log/recovery_log.txt
E: failed to mount /system (no such file or directory)
E: failed to mount/ cache (no such file or directory)
E: cant mount /cache/recovery/log
E: cant open /cache/recovery/log
E: failed to mount /cache/ (nsfod)
E: cant mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: cant open /cache/recovery/last_log
E: failed to mount /cache/recovery/last install
E: cant mount /cache/recovery/last install
and more...

If i try to hardreset or cache partition

E: failed to mount /cache Block device required ???
E: format_volume/make_extf4fs/dev....

I installed a new Rom over Odin sucessfull and with a ,,PASS,,
but the Phone still dont boot.

Maybe the internal SD is broken???

Someone can help me?
It would be great if someone can explain and help me, if possible step by step.

No signal and camera doesn't work. Uploaded the logs

Hi, I have nexus 5 stock ROM 5.1.1.
After some hours of being on my phone lost mobile reception until I rebooted.
In a different case no app could access the camera.
I've attached the logs from CatLog for the both cases.
I would be very glad if someone could give me at least some direction on how to solve these issues.
