Cannot recieved text

Purchased a Moto x PE from best buy unlocked. Was using it with T-Mobile perfectly for 2 days and now today I cannot receive text messages. I can place and receive calls, send texts, access data and the only way I can receive texts are if I place an active call I get bombarded with texts that I did not receive before. I performed factory reset and did not fixed issue. I also reseted the APN settings and problem still persists.... :(

Help Needed Just recieved replacement tablet what should i do ?

Hi Guys thanks for the help on this forum just asking for some help regards to what you guys would do in my situation
i recieved the replacement tablet yesterday still in its box my other tablet which is working fine so i am going to give it to my son i dont think throwing it out is a good idea what a waste .... ill keep new one
the older tablet is still stock and i havent touched the new one yet
whats your thoughts ? which one should i change etc ?
