After all seemed to go well, when I fired up the tablet I got asked for a password to unencrypt the tablet. I googled the problem and its seems to be fairly common.

The problem I have now is I can't get anything to work. I tried to flash a Pac man ROM after wiping everything off the tablet (using teamwin recovery), but it just loops. I left it for some time.

I am pretty inexperienced at this stuff, so just looking to see if anyone knows how I can get the thing going again? I have no data backed up, I just want a snappy Rom that will allow me to use the kindle app, play books and a few basic games for the kids.

Any help would be appreciated.

Help needed to possibly fix wifi issue

I have an LG G2 D801 which was rooted and running custom rom CloudyG2 2.2(KitKat), I tried to ugrade to CloudyG2 3.3(Lollipop) but may have messed up somewhere and ever since my Wifi and Bluetooth's MAC address has been unavailable. I've been reading around and people are saying it's a hardware issue so it won't be fixed unless a new motherboard has been replaced but i've come across a thread saying the 'bcmdhb.ko' file may need replacing. It's located in System>lib>modules but i realized it's not there. I'm hoping someone could upload or mail me the file so i can try my luck or hell even give a possible fix. Thanks in advance. Currently back on CloudyG2 2.2

[Help needed!] Nook HD+ CM11 M12 cyanogen boot loop

If anyone could help i'd be really grateful!

I've got a Nook HD+ which was happily running CM11 M12 installed on emmc, had been running fine for about 5 months. I let the battery completely die by accident, although this has happened on a number of occasions before and not been a problem.

Now when turned on it just went to the nook logo boot screen and no further. couldn't access recovery with power+n.
So i figured the emmc might have gotten corrupted somehow. So i made a new boot sd card as shown in leapinlar's sig - aiming to try and get it into recovery - put stock software on, then replace with CM11 again.

Here's the problem - have got the nook to boot to the Cyanoboot logo - but it will go no further - it never loads the recovery menu.

Any ideas?!

I've got an old HTC Desire (bravo) that I'm reflashing for a friend in need of a phone. I previously was running AOSP and CM but now that I'm giving it to him I was going to reflash and cannot give him an SD card. Is it possible to reflash with out an SD card or is there a CFW that works best on phones without SD cards.

Pro Opinion needed: Weird Hardware error

by the way, sorry if grammar is bad. Im German.
This is my first post here, so thanks for reading :)

I have already flashed some Smartphones with Recoverys, Custom OS an Kernels. So im not new to this.
Some days ago a friend gave me his G900F, because its stuck in bootloop after lollipop update.
I thought, thats no problem. "Just a new recovery with odin, flash kernel, clear cache and install rom".
At least ive tried like 3 kernels and some roms. everytime the same thing: bootloop.
Thats totally weird for me. i cleared all caches, davlik, internal storage etc and its still the same.

Bootloop:
Sometimes it boots up till Roms "settings screen for first boot (language, wlan etc)".
Then after a random time of seconds, i get graphic errors on screen and touch stops working. (parts of screen are flickering or swiched against each other).
Then the reboot follows with 2 short vibrates as confirmation. And sometimes it reboots before it reaches the Rom.

For me it sounds like broken hardware, but in recovery mode it works normal for hours, inclusive graphic gui and touch o_O
The Recovery needs the same hardware parts (like cpu, ram, touch, gpu) to work like the os, doesnt it? im confused. Bricked or not?

Please help me in my problem,
I was on b817 recently then I decided to change it as it has many bugs,
Finally I get to b800(transition from),since then I'm stuck on it, I can't downgrade or upgrade always I get " there is no update.app " message though the from is in my Dr load folder. I tried to update/downgrade. Through update apk and 3 buttons method but all failed.
I'm running everything stock I never tried to modify anything and I'm not rooted. I sent Pm to some senior members here but no one has replied me. I'm a noobie member if anyone would help please on how to get this problem sorted step by step with links to required programs please.😊

Help needed to find out if being blocked on Whatsapp

I want to know if this person has blocked me without calling him. Actually he lives in another country than that of mine and uses iphone 5. So far I have researched, I know that what are general indicators to know that if you have been blocked. But I got following two indicators which are contradictory to each other. That is, one implies that I am blocked while other does not.

1) Indicator implying NOT BLOCKED :
I have sent two personal messages since two days to the person. I got double tick, not blue one. OK I understand that means the messages are delivered but not read. But since two days I am not seeing any blue tick. But the person is frequently active in a 'GROUP' which includes me and he, that means he is using Whatsapp even after I sent him the messages. But as far as I have researched, if someone blocked you, you get only single tick if you sent him any message.

2)Indicator implying BLOCKED :
While researching on Internet, I found a way to find out if being blocked by following the below steps -
i) Visit the profile page of the person you think has blocked you.
ii) Click on the three dots at the top right corner and go to ' Pay for’
iii) If the person has blocked you , you will recieve the following notification.
“<person_name> isn’t able to receive a service or extension from you, but thanks for trying to help your friend”

When I followed these steps I got the same notification, which states I am blocked.

So why such contradicting indicators. Is I am really blocked or not. Please help to find out.

Reactivation Lock Help Needed - Can't Turn Off

I have an SM-G925A.

Purchased second hand from a seller I know.
Had his Samsung account on it and Reactivation Lock was turned on. We put phone on Wifi and tried to turn off Reactivation Lock. Just loops back to same screen and remains turned on.
Correct Password and Email as we were able to hard reset phone and at the Reactivation Lock screen during setup, it was accepted and we continued through to set up phone.
Still Reactivation Lock won't turn off, just loops back to same screen.
So we decided to delete Samsung account from phone.. Email and Password accepted, Samsung account deleted.
Thought we were good. Nope.
Now Reactivation Lock is on, grayed out and we cannot add back the Samsung account. Press on Add Samsung account and nothing happens.
Also cannot do Factory Reset from within Setting. Just press Reset Device and nothing happens.
Can't try flashing stock Rom as it's on AOF4 and no Rom to be found online.
There is no OEM Unlocking option in Delevoper Options either so can't try that.
I know I have seen other users with different S6 devices with similar problems after spending time searching on here.
Has anyone found a solution?

SM-P600 Help Needed

HAYLP! I've got a rooted my Note 10.1 2014 edition and had loads of different Roms installed with no issues at all. Last night (whilst slightly worse for wear from excessive Vodka it has to be said) I tried to another custom ROM from XDA. http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...-beta-t2859040

I'm not sure what happened, it appeared to install fine after a full wipe, device rebooted then was stuck on the Samsung logo for ages (I know ROMS take a long time on 1st boot but I'm talking 3hrs+ looking at the Samsung logo boot screen.)

So I figured I'd power off and just manually flash another ROM but I can't get either USB OTG to work after flashing TWRP via ODIN (tried 2.84 thru 2.87) the option just isn't there to mount USB storage - tried 2 different sticks in FAT32 and ExFAT, nada.

Tried ADB but get a device not found from either download mode or ADB sideload in TWRP.

As the device shows up in ODIN, I figured I'd flash a ROM via that but I can't seem to find any ODIN flashable roms for the SM-P600. It was running Temasek's CM 12.1 5.1.1 rom with the 5.1.1 Bootloader.

I've tried reflashing the Stock Firmware and also as a last ditch effort, using the Stock PIT file to repoartition but it's still just sitting on the Samsung Logo forever.

Is there a separate CSC / Bootloader that I'm missing or something? (Or is it possible to just reflash Temesek or another Rom in Odin somehow?)

Anyone got any ideas please?

I have a MotoG dual SIM Version which I bought from INDIA.

I flashed CM12.1 Nightly and everything was working fine.

I have migrated to US last month. The phone was working but recently I restored to Stock Lollipop ROM and flashed
ASIARETAIL_XT1033_5.0.2_LXB22.46-28_cid7_CFC.xml

After flashing this, the sim card is not working and it shows no network.
Again flashed cm12.1 and same problem.

Phone is showing the name of network but still no signal.
Went into phone info using *#*#4346#*#*.
GSM Service shows: Radio Off
&
Cannot turn On the radio by tapping on turn on radio.




What Should I do... Please Help Me

Hotspot hack (no root needed)
