PC Sync Capable?

I'm in the market for a new phone and am considering the G4. My main requirement (aside from a hard QWERTY keyboard :() is the ability to sync via a PC rather than a cloud. Is this possible on the G4?

Mi 4i - one more reason why mi 4i front camera looks more capable then back

Mi 4i front camera can record video in 1080p with 50 frame per second
While back camera can record video in 1080p with 25 frame per second
