doubt about rooting methods for different versions of the phone

So as you guys know that asus has come out with many variants of zenfone 2 and i am planning to buy one so i just wanted to know that the rooting method is the same for them i.e for ze551ml with 1.8 GHz Intel Atom Z3560 Quad Core Processor or the ze550ml? Somebody please revert asap as i need to buy a phone urgently! going on for about 10 days now without a phone

Hello,i just bought the device as the title says from Mercadolibre (Similar as of Ebay and Amazon) but for Latin americans,when the selller passed me the tablet i just figure out something on the backcover,it says "NOT FOR SALE" i asked him for that,and his answer was " i dont know,i just got it as a gift"

Im actually little worried,it's something that i have to be worried? The tablet works 100% fine,without any problems.It came with all stuff without the top box and manuals,i bought it for exactly 0 (really cheap),also seemed to be new with no uses at all.The tablet is really clean and with all the plastics.Im confused.Maybe was like a stand show in a shop.How can i delete that message? What can i use for or should i leave it like that.I might sell it in a near future,i always keep updating my phones and other hardwares.
