Anybody know the package name for samsung pay framework so I can freeze it with the debloater tool? Ever since I installed it, hoping samsung pay would work, my bluetooth connectivity has been horrible. I'm thinking that might be the problem.

The iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 are widely held to be the champions of iOS and Android respectively. At a time when the choice between these two smartphone platforms arguably comes down to personal preference more than how much you can afford or obvious feature deficiencies, that makes a detailed comparison all the more essential.

In isolation, the iPhone 6’s design is notable for marking a big departure from the iPhone 5S before it. It’s bigger, slimmer, and more rounded, and it reverts to the gentle curves of the iPhone 3GS after a prolonged spell of palm-grating angles.

That doesn’t sound like a lot – and indeed, in Android terms it would still be seen as a ‘mini’ phone – but it instantly makes the iPhone a much better multimedia device than before.
It’s not the sharpest display we’ve ever seen, though. With an unusual 1334 x 750 resolution, it produces the exact same pixel density of 326ppi as previous iPhones.
In everyday use this is actually perfectly fine. Thanks to Apple’s tight hold on its software, everything feels optimised and native on this display, unlike on many 720p Android phones that we could mention.
Still, we imagine plenty of industry-aware Apple fans will wince when they spot the Galaxy S6 display’s vital statistics. It’s a 5.1-inch QHD Super Amoled display, which offers a whole heap of advantages over the iPhone 6 equivalent.
For one thing, it’s about half an inch bigger, meaning that websites and media content are larger and clearer. Also, QHD means that the display has a 2560 x 1440 resolution. We’re talking something not too far shy of four times the number of pixels found in the iPhone 6, and a 577ppi pixel density that’s almost double.
Honestly, in general usage, the difference simply doesn’t feel that pronounced. There’s still much debate over the need for a QHD resolution in smartphone displays.
That doesn’t mean that you can’t see the benefits at all, though. Running the same 4K or 2K video side by side on each, you can undoubtedly pick up more detail in the Galaxy S6. The same advantage sees viewing high quality photos on the Samsung a superior experience.
As for the differences between Super AMOLED and LCD, well, those are a little more subjective. The Galaxy S6 screen has colours that pop more, deeper blacks, yet a generally redder tinge to it. The iPhone 6’s screen is colder and bluer.

[Q] KNOX Bricked Samsung Galaxy S4 Bricked + Odin won't work
So I forgot to freeze/remove KNOX from my S4 when I flash CWM recovery. I ended up with the "System software not authorized by AT&T has been found on your phone" message. I tried to download the firmware from Samsung and flash it with Odin, but Odin failed to work. Right now my phone is a useless brick and nothing I can find has any effect. Is there a way to remove KNOX or change my recovery back to stock? How do I make Odin work properly?

I've got a galaxy S4, but it has the black screen issue. I've tried doing the static clearing, charging it fully, discharging etc. So eventually I decided to buy a new LCD but that hasn't fixed the issue either. It responds to touch etc, just nothing is appearing.

Samsung galaxy s6 bricked! Help please!
Hi there!
So i got my new fresh phone and i wanted to root my device for some reason, and i watched couple youtube videos on how to do it quickly and simply and what i did was that my s6 is 5.1.1 and i downloaded 5.0.2 and i used odin to apply this and what happened was that everything was going good like it said it was a pass and yeah my phone rebooted and it obviously says SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 as usual when starts up and it freezes just there and at the top it says "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" in red text now, i tried everything ive watched every single video on youtube and nothing sill the same thing all the time please help me i would do anything for a little help... i dont want to pay 250 pounds for this fix.. :( plz its a new phone i dont want to waste it... no idea what to do, i cant even power off the phone the battery has to die for it to turn off but i can go to download mode easliy and connect to the PC, and i cant factory reset i dont know why... home button power button and vol up and nothing happens. Please help! I know you guys are smart enough to fix it.

In case anyone was going to purchase the latest Samsung Gear s2 for their OPT, it will not work. Apparently, even thought the spec requirements of the gear s2 are met, if the phone is not on the compatibility list than it will not work.

The controversial new Samsung Galaxy S6 sheds its plastic construction, removable battery, expandable storage and environmental protection for slicker looks.
Samsung Galaxy S6: Learning a new design language
No two ways about it, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is a stunner, framed in cool-to-the-touch aluminium, and with a coloured Gorilla Glass 4 rear and front, it's a beautiful phone to behold. It's clad in Gorilla Glass 4 front and back, and the way it gleams and glistens in the light is quite entrancing. The S6 is available in "White Pearl", "Gold Platinum" and "Blue Topaz", but we think it looks best in "Black Sapphire", which you see pictured here.
As you'd expect from a modern smartphone, the S6 is extremely slim (6.8mm) and light (138g), and it feels surprisingly compact in the hand, especially considering there's a 5.1in display up front.
In our view, the S6 delivers the perfect compromise between screen size and one-handed comfort – in fact, it's slightly smaller overall than the Samsung Galaxy S5 – and it combines that with impressive build quality and attention to detail. Even the volume, power and home buttons feel like they've been upgraded: everything about this phone feels perfectly on point.
There are some downsides to the design, however. First, in order to produce such a gorgeous work of art, the removable rear panel, replaceable battery and microSD slot for storage expansion have been consigned to the dustbin.
Second, neither the S6 nor the S6 Edge has an IP rating, so they're not not water and dust resistant like last year's Samsung Galaxy S5 was.
And third, the glass rear of the phones picks up fingerprints like they're going out of fashion. It's easy to clean, but if you own one of these phones, you're going to be spending a lot of your time wiping it on your jeans or the hem of your T-shirt to keep it spotless.
Samsung Galaxy S6: Specifications
The fact that Samsung has gone with its in-house Exynos processor for all global versions of the Galaxy S6 signals the company's growing confidence in its ability to compete with top-tier technology firms such as Qualcomm. The Exynos 7420 SoC has four 1.5GHz ARM Cortex A53 cores and four 2.1GHz Cortex A57 cores, allowing the phone to strike a balance between performance and power consumption for all kinds of tasks. There's 3GB of RAM, which is standard for top-end phones now.
With no microSD card slot, Samsung has made the Galaxy S6 available in multiple storage configurations. The strategy and pricing follow Apple's precedents, but the base model comes with 32GB rather than 16GB, which seems like a direct shot across the bow.
Like last year's Galaxy S5, the physical Home button has an integrated fingerprint sensor, but now you don't have to swipe your finger across it - a simple touch will do. The heart rate sensor on the rear is also still around. We found the one on the Galaxy S5 gimmicky and ultimately forgettable. This one is positioned to one side of the camera hump, making less likely that regular usage will become a habit.

[Q] Tmo Samsung S4 (SGH-M919) with Google Play Edition, need help

I have a rooted S4 and just installed Dandvh's Google Play Edition v.20150919 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2539361) rom. I used TWRP to install, wiping everything but internal storage, then flashed the rom. Installed fine, no errors. Took the usual bit of extra time to boot the first time then up and running clean and stable. The issue is that the OTA Updater app doesn't work, severely limiting my ROM options. It didn't install as part of the rom install, though I'm not sure if it's normal to just get it off the play store. I get an error message about not being compatible with the ROM and can't access it (error message screen cap below). Just in case, I wiped the phone and flashed again just to be sure, same result. The OTA Updater is important as this is where you can change kernals, audioFX stuff, toggle advanced power menus, and quite a bit more. When I used this ROM during the first part of the year OTA Updater worked just fine but I switched off in July to try another ROM so maybe something with the ROM has changed? I tried searching for any comments in the thread to indicate either that something changed with OTA Updater or if anyone else had a similar problem, found nothing. Would appreciate if anyone might know why OTA Updater isn't working or how I might correct it. Thanks.
Edit: I haven't changed the model number to SGH-M919 (as seen in the screen cap) in build.prop yet as if I can't get this ROM to work right I'll need to flash something else.

Backup bootloader only and flash samsung devices
I have a samsung P902 tablet which is specified version for P901 galaxy note pro 12.2". P902 version doesn't have stock rom or getting any update. Meanwhile P901 got android 5 recently. P901 and P902 has same hardware. So i need to update the bootloader to newest to use lollipop roms on my P902 device. Since there isn't a stock rom i need to keep myself safe. So is there a easy way to backup bootloader and make it flashable via odin or heimdall? Any information could help.

The following are questions that I have seen the most, with simple answers that keep being asked time after time. If you have other questions feel free to ask.
1) Q: Will samsung pay work with root?

Hello everyone, from my new Galaxy S6 Edge on Sprint. I've been with Sprint for 15 years and have been on Android since the HTC Hero. Every time a HTC fagship device on Sprint came out, it found its way into my pocket. I finally decided to jump ship from HTC and give Samsung a shot.
With the Samsung S6 Edge being my first Sammy device, there seems to be a lot I need to learn. Are there any tips or tricks that I should know?
I'm on a cross country drive and picked up the phone in Yakima WA last night. It will be several days before I have access to a PC, so when my trip ends in Wisconsin. I want to have everything researched on how to root and install TWRP.
First of all is this KNOX thing something I should be concerned for? What is the go-to method for root? Best Buy ran the BOI1 update on me yesterday. Is there a one click root available? Anything special needed to know for installing TWRP?
