Custom Rom and Kies

Hello,

Firstly, I would like to apologies for asking so many questions like i said in previous post I'm new to all this.

What I need help with is, I have updated my phone to CM12 android 5.1.1. However when I am trying to restore my original phone backup I did with Kies. Kies does not seem to respond and is always just stuck on the connecting screen and not recognise the device. I really need the back up information back on my phone. I would like my messages, calender, call logs etc (all the backup information Kies does)

How can I solve this?

Eagerly waiting reply.

Samsung KIES not working with NOTE 5

Samsung KIES not working with NOTE 5 anymore any know anything about this?

Samsung Kies update?

So i'm running the Tigerlilly Rom at the moment and was going to do a phone backup through Kies 3. I plug my phone in and it says it has a software update... All it says is that its OH3, and I'm updating it now. I'll let you guys know what it is. Also does anyone else get this with stock?
