Keyboard no longer working properly.

Today my keyboard decided to no longer use the I key in default view. This is odd because calibrating the keyboard allowed me to use the I key. After calibration finished, it went back to no longer working. I've cleaned my screen protector, and when pressing I, it "clicks" both the u and o key at the same time. This not only affects the keyboard, but in some other instances will not allow me to click a small icon, such as setting in the drop down menu. I've since done a factory reset and even flashed a new rom to no avail. The only possibility is there is a small half bubble at the top edge near the camera, and will have ghost armour replace it if I cannot find a cause as to why this happened. Any suggestions as what I could try?

Can I access user data on my phone that can no longer mount efs, system, cache, etc.

My Galaxy Note 2 decided to reboot this morning but failed to get past the logo. Entering recovery mode, I am greeted with messages such as:

E:failed to mount /data (No such fiile or directory)

and I am unable to successfully boot my phone.

At this point I am less concerned about fixing the whole phone. The issue is I haven't been using an SD card and I haven't backed up in a while so before I attempt to fix it, is there any way I can get this phone into a state where I can access my data via my computer and salvage it?

My rom was stock + root (Mr. Robinson), no custom recovery and I only have access to Macs at the moment.

Headphone Jack issue - headphones no longer click in properly

Anyone else having an issue with their headphones.
The other day my headphones stopped staying put in the headphone jack.
I press in the connector as usual but it just loosely slides out.
Have tried multiple headphones all with the same issue.

Thinking of contacting Yota, any other suggestions?
