Multiple users and sim card

Hi, I have a sgp521, 5.1.1. Unrooted.
I use the tablet both in and out house, with an internet sim card, and i have two users (me and my sister), but when i try to connect to internet outdoor with my sister's user it says that there's no internet connection. It only works through wi_fi, and in setting it doesn't show the mobile Internet settings.
In users there's no option for this (well no options at all)
Is there a way to fix this?
I already tried to downgrade and root, but i can't find a proper firmware (italian firmware) and others firmware didn't work well, so i can't use this way.

Does anyone know a way to disable lockscreen when multiple users(pic.2) are created on same device running 5.0.2 - 5.1.1? Preferably no-root method.

Group contacts, use in multiple apps

Hello fellow android lovers,

I have been searching for a way to group my contacts and be able to use them in multiple apps.
For example, I would like to be able to text, mail, messenger app (facebook) buddies in groups just in a few taps.

I have a galax s5 and mailen, texting groups is possible when making group in contacts app. I would also like to use the same groups in messenger (facebook), viber...

Does anyone know an app wo can join all these platforms. I realize that this is probably not possible with an app, maybe a custom rom?

Bluetooth and MMS issues with CM12.1 multiple ROM's

I am having a problem with both bluetooth and MMS with multiple different ROM's such as Archidroid, Blisspop etc.

I have tried setting the APN's up correctly and have selected MMS without resolution. I have managed twice to send receive and MMS but I cant confirm how that has happened. The bluetooth is intermittent. If I connect to the car or plantronics headset I will sometimes have a successful call but at random I get sound issues that can be heard on the ring tone as its very distorted. Does anyone know of possible fixes to this problem? I have read many posts on bluetooth issues but none have commented on intermittent noise distortion. When the bluetooth does fail the phone usually locks up and requires a full reboot to fix.

Multiple a2dp streams seperate volume possible?

Hey all I have a note 4 phone and while in the car I stream my audio via Bluetooth ,a2dp, also I use navigon navigation that stream the directions also by a2dp. Wondering how I can set the volume for navigation lower than the music? While navigation is active the Music mutes then the navigation directions come through, but its to loud and I would like to quite them down but the volume buttons also turn down the music, Any ideas??
