wipe internal storage

I have decided to wipe the internal storage because I have the dreaded Miscellaneous Storage problem, and have been unable to find the culprit file or folder. :silly:

I have seen the "Mounts and storage" section in the CWM recovery, how do I do the internal storage wipe??
And here's the stupid question: won't that also delete the CWM recovery????

I recently updated mi phone to 5.1 stock and my pc to Windows 10 // Today I tried to install CM12 so I downloaded the Motorola Drivers. ADB. Fastboot and everything., but my pc can't identify the phone in fastboot/recovery mode // I already enabled depuration but still Can't connect // Then I tried to wipe the data and caché but when I try it at the end it just says "Error" and reboot to system

Please help me, I dont know how to fix it :(
