Lollipop 5.0.2 on new at&t One m8 , show all sd card options DISABLED, help please!!!

Hi I bought a new AT&t -Unlocked One m8 with lollipop 5.0.2 already installed, in fact o blught 2 of them, one perfectly reads sd cards, allow to use storage, while the other don t even hace sd card option enabled ( every storage options bu internal storage es DISABLED and don t know how can i enable it since i don t have any visible option to do it! Please if someone can help me Ill be more than thanked!!!!!!!

MEDIACOM IPRO W810 3G – CHUWI VX8 3G bios issue.USB Disabled

Hello.I have a new MEDIACOM IPRO W810 3G – CHUWI VX8 3G and after i changed some setting in bios (usb legacy or something) the tablet will not get into bios (pressing ESC at boot) because the keyboard is not recognized.The keyboard is recognized after the mediacom logo.If i press NUM or CAPS the light turns on.Here are some pics with the inside of the tablet

If i press f8 i get this.

This is because of a failed rollback from win10 to win8.
What i did was ground GND to Data Out (pin 2) briefly (see pic), at the right time during boot. FAILED Used the info from this post.

Ground pin 1 and 7.FAILED
Made a usb stick bootable with win8 (rufus -uefi) connected to OTG.FAILED
Made a micro sd rufus bootable win8.FAILED
Cut the battery power wire and left it off for 1 hour and solder the wire back FAILED.
What should i do next?I would like to buy a I2c programmer with clip but i don't know what product to choose because i've read that the voltage matters.

Wifi fails after being disabled

I used to think it was my WiFi would fail after enabling the hotspot feature. I now realize it fails simply by turning WiFi on and off. This happens 9 out of 10 times. When I re-enable Wifi, it connects to the SSID, and gets an IP address. It will not pass any traffic. No Internet apps work at all. The only fix I have found is to reboot the phone. I have tried various 'Wifi fix" apps, but nothing helped. They seem to renew the IP and disable/re-enable Wifi. This is a very annoying problem. Anyone else experience it? My phone is rooted running stock ROM with the debloat script that removed a bunch of junk. It has happened through all updates and Android versions as far as I can remember. I'm currently running the latest 5.0 courtesy of muniz_ri (thanks!)
