Can anyone point me to a website that explains how to take a standard un-rooted kitkat v500 (UK version), to an official LG version of Lollipop? There seem to be lots of threads upgrading to unofficial versions, but I wanted the official version. I am very Windows computer literate but new to rooting etc..

I9100 lollipop on Sprint S2 epic 4G touch
I have been looking for a lollipop ROM to use on my old Sprint S2 E4GT SPH-D710 that isn't an activated device anymore, I can only find 4.4.4 and under for the D710 and I would rather have LP. I flashed an i9100 C-ROM 4.4.4 on it once and I remember it flashing fine and receiving signal but some things were backwards like screen rotation and hardware/soft keys, when device was straight up the screen would rotate upside down, I don't remember any other issues of any consequence though.
My question is what all do I need to change for the i9100 ROM to work on my D710. All I need it to do is work on WiFi and have Bluetooth function and have the keys function correctly for my device. Can anyone tell me what significant differences there are that I need to edit before flashing so as not to cause issues. I'm surprised my device didn't bootloop with the I9100 or even flash at all, not to mention that it was still seeing the network.
Any advice on what has to be changed to compensate for the slight differences between the devices would be much appreciated, thanks.

HTC One M8 AT&T unlocked Lollipop update
Hello, I am wondering how can I manually install the update on my phone because at&t software update says there are no updates for my device when there currently is and I'm still on 4.4.2 trying to update to 5.0. I've tried using RUU but it's a complete mess and is always giving more errors everytime I fix one.
Downgrade advice after latest Lollipop Upgrade
I've been reading a few threads but since I have an AT&T Note 3 there seems to be a ton of jargon I'm having a hard time picking up on, I've done a few previous Android phones but those seemed to have a guide where everything was exactly what I had and it just worked step by step. I have a fully stock Note 3

Every OTA update something seems to happen on this Note 3, GPS issues on one, battery on another and now it's Wifi issues along with missing text messages. (both of which suck the most). I've never rooted or flashed this phone, either I would like to go back to 4.4.2 or maybe try another rom but I'm having a real hard time figuring out all the steps since it seems any time there's an update they all change, towelroot, safestrap, kingo root, heimdall, MJ5, etc hell are the notes in the main post for AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 All-In-One Resource Thread still good?
Basically I figure I would take it back to 4.4.2 and run that for a month and see if texting, gps and battery are stable, that's my big three. Getting rid of the Samsung bloat and flashing a new rom are secondary at this point. I've done the whole wipe and factory reset the phone a few times but I still can't shake this texting bug where sometimes it silently stops working, tried the built in Messaging app, switched to Google Messenger and even tried Handcent and Go SMS Pro with the same results, texts stop coming in randomly, I can send out but replies never show up and rebooting the phone doesn't cause them to show up, they are just gone but a reboot will restore the ability to receive texts.

Colored status bar Lollipop 5.1.1 with EMUI 3.1?
One thing that Huawei has not implemented in EMUI 3.1 based on Lollipop 5.1.1 is the colored status bar... Does anyone know how to implement it through any tweaks?

Samsung giving us Lollipop?
Is this story real or just a hoax? And, if so, when would it be here? I for one feel I've been very patient and paid my dues when it comes to waiting and I would like to finally have it now. That's just me venting.
Anyway, is this real?

Lollipop Bootloop, Huh?
Totally my fault as I know not to use kernel cleaning scripts but...
While playing with a new in box N7'13 I went to switch between Glitch and ElementalX while contemplating Timur's.
I flashed a kernel cleaning script After reading the update script and seeing nothing that I thought would create problems.
I've flashed the lollipop factory image and it will not boot. I flashed the Kit Kat factory image and it boots fine, Going back to Lollpop, bootloop. It's been given plenty of time on each occasion for lollipop to boot.
Ideas?
Thanks...

We got lollipop but?
Just a question as I'm in no way a developer of anything but now that we have lollipop is there now a chance at all to unlock our bootloader? I apologize if this has already been asked.
