[HELP] Porting CM12 from MT6572 to my MT6572

Alright. Im trying to port CM12 of another device which has MT6572 chipset same as mine. But when I flash it, it says failed to unmount /system no such volume. Then when I reboot, it shows boot logo then reboots forever. What could be the fix for this guys?
