HTC ONE M8 MID PROBLEM (s-off, unlocked)

my phone orginal mid is 096b7000 but i change mid 0p6b1000 so europe m8 and and i flashing 4.16.401.10 firmware with ruu. i cant install europe ruu (error:155) and i can flashing custom rom compatible with sprint htc one m8. when i flash custom rom i open my phone it it pass the white screen and again come white screen and my phone stop this second white screen but when i press the volume button i can hear the voice and i can see the volume cofiguration. Pls help me how i can fixed this

about s-off?

do i need s-off in flashing roms. can't i just flash a rom with twrp then flash the kernel with fastboot. because i've flashed cm 11 on my friend's sensation xe and all are force close

[HELP] S-Off Problem

I have tried almost all ways to S-Off
But nothing works.
Firewater didn't work so I got SunShine.
and I get this error. I got HTC One m8 International Model.

Is Sunshine tool the only way to S-Off our precious phone? Thanks in advance for those who will reply to this thread. :D

How to unbrick M7_UL (s-off & hboot 1.61)

Pleasant day everyone. My HTC One m7 won't boot to system after doing this steps.
1. unlocking the bootloader (htc dev)
2. installing TWRP (still booting until this point)
3. Installing Supersu from koust (success but supersu Fc #failed to get root#)
4. Installed Supersu 3.2 (this is the point where I encountered bootloop. Screen is always stucked in htc logo.)
5. Factory reset the phone (now I got black screen after htc logo)

Option I found/suggested to unbrick
* Using RUU * available matching cid & mid RUU contains older firmware. Couldn't use it as I'm on S-On
* Sunshine S-Off * not possible as phone does not boot.

Quick question S-OFF and flashing stock RUU

Hi Guys,

1. I'm on S-ON with hboot 1.57 - is there currently any free way to S-OFF the phone or is it Sunshine only?
2. The roms here: http://www.htc1guru.com/downloads/stock-rom-downloads/ - Can I flash an appropriate one when I'm on S-ON with my hboot at 1.57, or would I need to go S-OFF.

I basically want to flash to stock to fix a blank IMEI, baseband and OS / firmware... I also want to update the firmware so I can safely user the Viper ROM... I've currently go it installed now and it looks ok, minus the fact half the phone's info is blank and I can't make a call :p I'm assuming flashing to stock will fix this.
