Continue only if you have messed with the /system partition (and don't remember what you changed) and you are on 5.1.1 this will remove root but you will keep your data

Okay well now

1. Make sure you have a Windows PC


2. Download the LG Drivers from here


3. Download this 5.1.1 ZV5 System.img <-----link coming very soon


4. Place downloaded img to your external SD via adapter or through a spare phone you have


5. Now place SD back into your phone


6. Reboot your device into download mode


7. Download this folder and unzip it to your desktop:


8. Run ports.bat from within the extracted folder, to find your correct port (use the one with: LGVZANDNETDIAG1)


9. In the LG_Root folder hold shift and right click and choose open command windows here


10. Type

    Send_Command.exe \.\COM6

    ---

    
    
    (Make sure your COM port number is correct, it varies)


11. Type

    you will see a flashing _ line instead of the # let it do it's thing you will know it finished when the # shows back up

How do you unbrick a hard bricked samsung galaxy s3 using computer and usb cord?

Recently i bought a samsuung galaxy s3 off of the internet and when it arrived i checked to see if everything was good. when i took the back off the sd card and sim card reader were broken off. so i turned the device on and it worked perfectly. started to root the device and when i tried to download supersu binary a notification popped up and said "knox is installed on this device,this can cause root access to be limited. would you like to remove knox?" when i did that the phone tried to reboot and then it was hard bricked. the only thing that works is when i plug it into a computer without the battery inserted via usb cord and the charging light appears then my computer tries to install the driver for it. after about 20 seconds the light turns off and my phone disconnects with my computer. Is there anyway to unbrick it by using a computer and usb cord? please help (ps i have the AT&T Version SGH-I747M)

[Help] Need a PIT file to Unbrick my Galaxy A8 (SM-A8000) 16gb and 32gb

I bought my Galaxy A8 in China and it came with some restrictive software and no google version of Lollipop 5.1.1
A flash fail because of an PIT issue. I couldn't find a pit file for my phone on the net and I can't extracted from my phone since I already screwed up on the flash.

Could someone help me extract a PIT file for an (SM-A8000) for 16gb and 32gb, *I am so sorry, I forgot how much memory my phone has)

His have D85510e firmware

I want to flash Android 5.0 via LG Flash Tool. I flash 20e version. All flash without errors but after reboot phone not b oot.
His not boot in any mode. no any reaction. In device in PC I have qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008.

now I think that not D855 model. on site LG i not find any information with my IMEI.
One site find model D851 and on site T-mobile find IMEI and his blocked.

How I can find my wright model of phone?

Hello to All,

i have a serious on my samsung sm-A500H/DS, and i hope find solution with xda developpers.

I made an error while flashing my phone Samsung sm-A500H/DS yateley.gu466gg.uk made in VIETNAM, i used recovery.img extracted from the original .tar.md5 of samsung with flashify application, and after reboot, the is brocked only i see logo and self restart, (please see images)no volume + Home UP + power works and no volume down + Home + Power works. Please help me to fix my phone.

How to unbrick M7_UL (s-off & hboot 1.61)

Pleasant day everyone. My HTC One m7 won't boot to system after doing this steps.
1. unlocking the bootloader (htc dev)
2. installing TWRP (still booting until this point)
3. Installing Supersu from koust (success but supersu Fc #failed to get root#)
4. Installed Supersu 3.2 (this is the point where I encountered bootloop. Screen is always stucked in htc logo.)
5. Factory reset the phone (now I got black screen after htc logo)

Option I found/suggested to unbrick
* Using RUU * available matching cid & mid RUU contains older firmware. Couldn't use it as I'm on S-On
* Sunshine S-Off * not possible as phone does not boot.
