TWRP for the mini one 2

Hello,

I tried to install the NostromoPop 2.1.2 ROM. Using fastboot I installed TWRP 2.7.x. I could boot it, but I did not work. I realized I downloaded the wrong version, so I downloaded 2.8.7.0 It was flashed but with "volume up" and "power" it won't start. My stock recovery starts immediately.

Any advices???

how to root s4 mini gt i9190?

hi where do i find the files to root this phone? i found the files for it on hxxps://autoroot.chainfire.eu/ but the build number is different than mine. does my phone haveing a different build number than "KOT49H.I9190UBUCNG1" make a difference? havint rooted anything before any help would be great thanks

[Q] Mini View on G4?

Can somebody help me to bring the Mini View on G4 H815 to G4 H811? I just know 2 steps:

1: I copied the Onehandcontroller.apk to system/app, set permission.
2: I edited file bool.xml in LGSystemUI, changed it from false to true:
<bool name="config_systemui_feature_one_hand_operation_m iniview">true</bool>
<bool name="config_systemui_feature_one_hand_operation_s wipe_key">true</bool>

Do I miss any steps?

S4 Mini I9190 Bricked - Only Download Mode Works

I have posted about this before, but had no luck in finding help yet. Since then, I have tried many things to revive my S4 Mini, but first some background on what happened: ( The phone was on stock 4.4.2)

The phone was charged overnight, and in the morning after I woke up, as always, I took it off charge and went on Facebook. The phone then freezed and I took the battery out, and tried to restart it. It then just vibrated and nothing happened.

I then tried to boot into recovery, it also just vibrated, but nothing happened.

I then tried to enter download mode, and it worked. I was then somewhat relieved, and then tried to flash a stock rom in Odin. But then Odin gets stuck at Initializing.

I gave up for a few months, and left the phone alone. I then started now recently to try and fix it again.

I have tried flashing the 4 files alone: AP, BL, CSC and CP as well as PIT, and Odin flashing keeps failing.

I have tried using a Debrick.img. The phone does not boot.

The phone cant be hard bricked due to the fact that Download Mode still works, and it still charges. So I dont know what to do anymore?

Is there any hope?

OTG USB Not Working in Droid Ultra Mini

I bought a new external usb device with dual interface, and it is not working on my Motorola Driod Ultra Mini. I am on Kit Kat 4.4.4 and As I connect my external device, nothing happens. Even in "Storage", The "USB DISK" Option (MOUNT USB On-TheGo storage is diabled (greyed out).

The amount of research I have done on this problem is some says It will not work on my phone as google and my andriod version are not compatible with the OTG Support and some says rooting the phone can do the trick.

Rooting, on the other hand, is troubling me , my device is showing offline in adb cmd. Though I am stil trying.

If any one is head up for any solution , I would be more than thankful.

(Please Help!) Hard Bricked Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (Verizon)

:crying: So... I am a young teenage boy, who got an android, Samsung galaxy S3 Mini for my birthday, and I have had it for a year, I used an app to unlock the boot loader, but I was so happy that I turned it off before the operation was done I think, since I turned it off right when it got root access, I feel like I wanna kill myself, for reals...

I told my dad everything, he threw me at the the wall, shook me violently, and he raised his fist at me, I was terrified, and now I am trying to fix it with only a USB and Computer, no SD card since my damn uncle took my best one, my 32GB SD, and I have no JTAG or any modding device...

Please help, NOTHING HAPPENS, when I try to go into the boot loader, recovery mode, or factory mode, and it does not even show a LED light or it won't even buzz...

My friend had it for about a month, and he said once he held the power button for about a half an hour, and he said it quickly buzzed, but then nothing else happened...

I almost do not believe him so far, and I tried plugging it into my computer, it says everything is working fine, it detects it and everything, but I cannot go into the file system and Odin does not detect it... Please help!

Also, if my computer at LEAST detects it,or if it buxzed, can I fix it without a JTAG or SD card?

Bricked HTC mini

Hello guys !
I recently rooted my HTC mini with Cyanogen 12.1 , Android 5.1.1 then decided to install ChainFire 3D.(*note* I tried with a lot of custom roms and had a hard time trying to install anything untill i found Phills touch 6 recovery and installed CM 12.1)
The app asked to install the driver ,I accept ,phone closes but gets stuck on the HTC logo.
I then did a factory reset from the recovery menu but to no succes so I searched on the internet and found an adb shell command,tried it but still no succes.If you guys can help that would mean a lot to me.

S4 Mini stuck on Boot loop and Odin keeps failing

Hey Guys,
A friend of mine has a S4 Mini Duo (I9192), she's not a tech person to put custom roms or root her phone in any way so this phone is purely stock. A couple of days ago her phone went completely dead (not powering on or charging) then after like a week of leaving it on the charger she picked it up one day and it turned on, but the phone is stuck in a boot loop (Samsung GALAXY s4 Mini Gt-I9192 screen --> vibrate --> S4 Mini GT - I9192 screen). I could get the phone to boot into recovery mode however when I do a wipe cache or even data/factory reset I get the following :

When I try reinstalling the firmware on Odin It keeps failing as well.

I know this problem sounds unique so If anyone ever experience it and knows how to fix it i will really appreciate it as my friend loves this phone.

Z18 Mini / HTK6572 Issue

Hi All, It's been a while but last time everyone was very helpful on this forum so I'm back ;)

Long story short is I've picked up a Z18 Mini to use with RaceChrono but I have 2 main issues

1. RaceChrono will not install on the device
2. My Qstarz 818 GPS unit will pair but not connect

I have tried Rooting and using Market Helper without success. It allows RaceChrono to download but won't install, same thing with the RaceChrono APK and nothing seems to make a difference with the trying to connect to the GPS unit but bluetooth headphones work fine.

Will installing a custom ROM make any difference ?

But i have problem, after flashing kernel, my device is stuck in boot animation (can't open cwm recovery). anybody can help me ?

htc one mini m4 battery problem

Hi, i have problem with my m4.

im on sof. 4.4.2. and it is not rooted ... have problem last days.
When i charge it to 100%, everyting is okey, how im using it trought day ( not playing games and not have any instaled NEVER )
only viber, phone calls, facebook, text msg ... noting spec.
battery came to 20 or 30 % its phone just turn of ...

i have instaled some battery saver and trayed with him, it is same problem.

When i plug in ac adapter, it is charing from 0 % ...
Does have somebody same problem like me, or can somebody help me to fix it ...

[ZTE nubia Z5s mini] malware and failed ROM & need pan.baidu roms

Hi, somehow i managed to get malware on my z5s mini and it kept turning on 3g and wifi and installing random apps and had adds popping up every few minutes.
So i did a hard reset and soft reset and it was gone for 1hour and then it came back.
I didnt have it in safemode.

Now i tried to install the same rom over using the standard system recovery.

In the comments they say you dont need cwm or anything so i tried and got these logs:

Since then i cant boot up my phone it goes to the splashscreen and after a while automatically in the system recovery.
Appearanty it cant handle kitkat roms so i need roms before kitkat.

The only thing that seems possible is that i use the standard recovery to flash a standard rom. But they are located on pan.baidu site so i cant download them(you need chinese number).
Does someone has them or can download them and post a link?

Hello...I bought an Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and I don't have Jack heaphones..I have mini usb headphones. Is there any way I can use them ?

Rooted HTC Mini 2 Camera Click and Autofocus sound still there?

How do I remove these files...Tried alot of apps with root access which still haven't given me a silence camera, shifted around alot in the root access not found anything.

The click as you focus and the click as the photo is taken...my phone is rooted so how do I get rid of it?

Doogee Turbo Mini F1 MTK MT6732 - does not start after manufacturer update

Hello guys,
I am new to the forum, please don't blame me if I put it into wrong section.

... so, my problem is that I've clicked to install update, Android prompted me to do it. It has downloaded some Doogee files, rebooted phone, then was trying to install the update.
It has failed (there was Android error icon). Now my phone does not start, it's frozen on the Doogee intro.

I've bought my phone from Coolicool, but asked Doogee directly what should I do. Each time I ask they send me some incomplete instructions, broken links to flashing procedure. Half of that stuff is mixed chinese with cantonian english. I've tried my best to understand it, but failing consistently.

Could anyone help me with reflashing procedure for that phone?

Allview x1 Soul mini / giuree elife e6 mini - IMEI FIX - help please

Hi guys,

sorry if this is not the correct section of the forum but can some1 help me ?
I have Allview X1 Soul mini and it was completely deleted. no backups were made so i dont have stock rom and havent backed up the IMEI . I found out that it was rebranded from giuree elife e6 mini so i managed to find stock rom for giuree and flashed it but now i have the problem with the IMEI - null .
I tried engineering mode but i got the AT command cant send. MTK Droid too cant do this also because it gets an error --- ERROR :pttycmd1 device NOT found! also baseband is not showing .
I wanted to try flash the IMEI file with the CWM but i get cant mount /sdcard problem there and cant open the SD card to sellect files...
Can you give me some advice ? thanks.

Connect Galaxy S5 mini with Android Studio

Hi,

as some of you might know, the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini isn't compatible with Android Studio. So basically, if you want to run a program to test it, you have to save it and transfer it to the mobile which is a lot of work, because Android Studio won't find the mobile to choose as a device to run on. Do you have any idea how I can do it anyway. (Without using the emulator, because it doesn't work, I don't have enough free RAM).
